Prior to RF College, Ralph Casem Jr. worked at Los Altos Computer and Western Electric. He is a former United States Marine.

Tracy Casem-Martin brings over 10 years of web development, corporate training, and systems analysis expertise with IT roles at Bank of Commerce Mortgage, E-LOAN, Fireside Bank, Alameda County, and NASA Ames Research Center. She holds an M.A. Instructional Technology (IT) and B.S. Management Information Systems (MIS) from San Jose State University. She has been a California-licensed Real Estate Agent since 2003.
